Delhi HC Issues Show Cause Notice to Centre for Filing False Affidavit - (10 May 2016)

Delhi HC has issued notice to Centre and also asked Ministry of Home Affairs to file its response by May 11 indicating who was the officer on whose instructions “false affidavit” was filed which did not receive any proposal for sanction of revision of pay scales of of public prosecutors from Govt..
