SC: Pendency of Petition Challenging Act Doesn’t Imply That There is Stay on the Act - (11 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court while hearing petition challenging the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act 1991 has observed that mere pendency of petition challenging the Act doesn't mean there is a stay on it.
