SC Stays Direction of NGT That Appointed LG as Head of Committee for Yamuna River Pollution - (11 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court has stayed the direction passed by National Green Tribunal (NGT) which had appointed the Lt. Governor of Delhi as the chairman of the High level Committee for Yamuna river pollution.
