SC Stays Del. HC Order Which Held that Old Pension Scheme is Applicable to Paramilitary Forces - (10 Jul 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has stayed the judgment of the Delhi High Court which has held that benefit of the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) in accordance with CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 would be applicable to Paramilitary forces.
