SC: State Must Abide by Article 14, Irrespective of Being in the Contractual Realm - (07 Jul 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has held that despite the fact that the issue falls into the contractual realm, the State has an obligation to comply with the requirements of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
