SC: ‘Error on Face of Record’ Should not Require Long Drawn Process of Reasoning to Strike - (07 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court has held that an error on the face of record must be such an error which, merely looking at the record should strike, and it should not require any long-drawn process of reasoning on the points where there may be two opinions.
