SC Refers to Larger Bench Issue of Maintainability of SLP Against HC Order - (07 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court has referred to a larger bench the issue ‘whether liberty granted by the Supreme Court to approach the High Court in review, automatically places the said matter in the escalation matrix, and makes the remedy of Special Leave Petition (SLP) available again’.
