Ker. HC: Time Taken by Teacher to Acquire Ph.D can be Considered as Teaching Experience - (23 Jun 2023)

SERVICE

Kerala High Court has held that prohibition against inclusion of the time taken for acquiring a Ph.D. degree applies to ‘candidates’, whereas period spent on pursuing a research degree simultaneously with teaching assignment will count towards teaching experience.
