Madras HC to Madras Bar Association: Give Bar Membership Without Any Discrimination - (23 Jun 2023)

Madras High Court while criticizing Madras Bar Association (MBA) for its strict bye-laws making it difficult for lawyers to become a member of MBA resulting in class discrimination, has directed Association to give Bar membership without discrimination.
