Kerala HC States it can Initiate Disciplinary Proceedings Against Judges in Lakshadweep - (22 Jun 2023)

Kerala High Court has stated that it has got the power to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the presiding officers of the district court and courts subordinate thereto in the Lakshadweep Islands.
