Gauhati HC: Concept of Post Investigation FIR is Alien to Principles of Criminal Jurisprudence - (19 Jun 2023)

Gauhati High Court while rapping Assam police for creating a post-investigation FIR in a murder case, has observed that such a procedure is totally alien to the principles of criminal jurisprudence.
