Meghalaya HC: Trend of False Affidavits/Evidence May Render Judiciary Irrelevant - (19 Jun 2023)

CRIMINAL

Meghalaya High Court while upholding conviction of rape accused, has observed that unless Indian judges get serious with litigants and witnesses, the present trend of false affidavits being filed and false evidence being given may one day render the judiciary irrelevant.
