JKL HC: Govt. Can't Act Arbitrarily as Owner With Right of Alienation Over Evacuee’s Property - (14 Jun 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that government is duty bound to safeguard, maintain, and effectively utilize evacuee properties, has held that it cannot act arbitrarily and deal with properties of evacuee as being owner thereof with rights of alienation.
