SC Stays Del. HC’s Order Allowing Operation of Rapido and Uber’s Bike Taxi in Delhi - (13 Jun 2023)

Supreme Court has stayed Delhi High Court’s order that allowed bike-taxi aggregators Uber and Rapido to operate without aggregators’ license in Delhi, and passed an interim order staying the operations till finalization of a policy on the same by Delhi Government.
