Del. HC: Haj Pilgrimage is a Religious Practice - (08 Jun 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court while observing that Haj pilgrimage and the ceremonies involved therein falls within the ambit of religious practice, held that the same is protected under Article 25 of the Constitution of India.
