Mad HC to PP: Instruct Police Personnel to Come Prepared With Particulars of Case - (07 Jun 2023)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court while expressing its displeasure over police officer deputed to assist prosecutor fumbling in Court, has directed Public Prosecutors (PP) to ensure that police personnel having sufficient knowledge about the case alone are sent to the Court for giving instructions.
