HP HC: Can’t Force Wife to Live With Husband in Matrimonial Home When he is Keeping Another Lady - (07 Jun 2023)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that no wife can be forced to live in matrimonial home with husband keeping another lady with him and observed that the same constitutes justifiable grounds for living separately.
