Guj HC: GST to be Paid Only on Cost of Construction and Not Land - (06 Jun 2023)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Gujarat High Court while observing that in the sale of flat or commercial property, actual land value or undivided share is not at all subject to GST, has held that GST is payable only on the cost of construction.
