Delhi HC to District Courts: Allow Lawyers/Parties to Appear Virtually Without Prior Request - (06 Jun 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed District Courts to allow any of the parties or their lawyers to appear through hybrid or video-conferencing mode during court proceedings, without any prior request.
