Del HC: Consent Foreign Award Enforceable Under the New York Convention - (05 Jun 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that consent foreign award is enforceable under the New York Convention/Part II of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
