Chotta Rajan-Netflix Row: Bombay HC Refuses to Direct Netflix to Take Down 'Scoop' Web Series - (02 Jun 2023)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bombay HC, while refusing to grant relief to Gangster Chhota Rajan in a suit filed by him against the makers of Netflix series ‘Scoop’ for allegedly defaming him and infringing his personality rights, has directed him to amend the suit to show that how it is a matter of intellectual property rights.
