Delhi HC: Standing Orders on Sampling of Narcotic Drugs Must be Followed by Probe Agencies - (02 Jun 2023)

Delhi High Court while holding that the standing orders on sampling of narcotics drugs issued by the Narcotics Control Bureau and Union Government must be followed by the probe agencies has observed that they cannot be rendered optional for compliance.
