Contraband Smuggling: Delhi High Court Grants Bail to Trader - (31 May 2023)

NARCOTICS

Delhi HC while granting bail to the owner of the truck from which heroin was intercepted, observed that prima facie he was used as an intermediary without knowledge of smuggled contraband.
