Kar. HC Allows Petitioner Opposing Lingayat Reservation to Access Background Commission’s Report - (30 May 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court while hearing plea opposing inclusion of Panchamasali Lingayat sub-sect in reservation quota available to Category 2A has directed that the petitioner be provided State Backward Classes Commission's interim report on the subject.
