Del HC: Can’t Exclude Govt. Servants from Protection of Fundamental Rights - (26 May 2023)

Delhi High Court while setting aside 2019 Memorandum that de-recognised the Central PWD Engineers Association, has observed that government servants cannot be excluded from the protection of the rights guaranteed by part III of the Constitution.
