JKL HC: All Water Sources are Property of Government - (26 May 2023)

CIVIL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while dismissing a plea seeking directions upon the administration to not to change, divert or take any water from river Yari Kohal, has observed that every water source in the State is and shall remain the property of the Government.
