Delhi HC: Injunctions Must Not be Granted in Public Work Projects - (26 May 2023)

Delhi High Court has observed that in respect of Section 20A and Section 41(ha) of Specific Relief Act, 1963, injunctions must not be granted in infrastructure projects where delay may be caused by such an injunction.
