Ker. HC: Acts Done by Bank Officials While Taking Possession are Protected Under SARFAESI Act - (25 May 2023)

BANKING

Kerala High Court while observing that action taken by the officials of the bank under the SARFAESI Act is neither unquestionable nor treated as sacrosanct under all circumstances, has held that officials are protected from criminal prosecution under Section 32 of SARFAESI Act.
