Delhi HC: Family Courts Not Expected to Adopt Hyper-Technical Approach - (22 May 2023)

Delhi High Court has observed that even though the Courts are required to decide matters relating to family law expeditiously, Court is expected to not adopt such a hyper-technical approach and close the right of the parties to cross-examine in such a hurried manner.
