Del. HC Issues Guidelines For Preparing Mediation Settlement Agreements In Matrimonial Cases - (22 May 2023)

Delhi High Court has issued guidelines to be followed by mediators while drafting settlement agreements in matrimonial cases and observed that such agreements must also be published in Hindi, in addition to English.
