Del. HC: Filing Piece-Meal Charge-sheet for Defeating Right to Default Bail is Against Article 21 - (22 May 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that picking one aspect of the investigation and filing a piecemeal charge-sheet to defeat the applicant’s right to default bail, goes against the mandate of Article 21 of the Constitution.
