SC: District Judiciary Shall Not Be Referred as Subordinate Judiciary - (22 May 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court while passing judgment on enhanced pay scale for judicial officers as per Second National Judicial Pay Commission has stated that Supreme Court should not refer District Judiciary as subordinate judiciary.
