Cal. HC: Consolidated Claim from Different Purchase Order Containing Arbitration Clause Not Invalid - (18 May 2023)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court has held that arbitration clauses in different purchase orders that are linked to a single main contract can be treated as a consolidated claim under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
