Pat HC: Can’t Infer Adulterous Relationship on Refusal for DNA Test After Allegation of Adultery - (16 May 2023)

CRIMINAL

Patna High Court while observing that refusal for DNA test after allegations of adultery cannot be a ground for inference of adulterous relationship, has held that the only adverse inference drawn can be up to the extent that no benefit should be granted to opposite party.
