SC Upholds Notification Withdrawing Concession on Import of Printing Machinery - (15 May 2023)

CUSTOMS

Supreme Court while setting aside the Calcutta HC order has upheld the withdrawal of notification whereby the concessional rate of customs duty was withdrawn from rotary printing machines of ‘single width two plate variety’ and granted to ‘double width four plate variety’.
