SC Issues Directions to Strengthen Law Protecting Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace - (15 May 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while issuing directions to strengthen law protecting women from sexual harassment at workplace has stated that it is indeed a sorry state of affairs and reflects poorly on all State functionaries and private undertakings that are duty bound to implement POSH Act in letter and spirit.
