SC: Delhi Govt. has Control Over Services Excluding Public Order/Police/Land - (11 May 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court constitution bench has held that Delhi Government ought to have legislative and executive power subject to exclusion of subjects which are out of its legislative domain like services related to public order, police and land.
