Del HC: It Would Discourage Litigants if Court Fees Not Refunded for Unadjudicated Lis - (09 May 2023)

Delhi High Court has observed that a litigant will be discouraged to seek justice when refused to get refund of court fee in an unajdudicated lis and such a form of docket exclusion would be highly counterproductive for any civilized society.
