SC: Judiciary has to Modernize and Adapt to Technology - (09 May 2023)

Supreme Court has observed that if some judges are uncomfortable with e-files, answer is to provide them training and not to continue with old and outmoded ways of working; judiciary has to modernize and adapt to technology and tribunals like NCLAT can be no exception.
