Delhi HC Denies Bail to Accused Who Conspired to Kill Kanhaiya - (06 May 2016)

Delhi High Court has denied anticipatory bail to a leader of UP Navnirman Sena, who is absconding in a case relating to conspiracy to kill JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar.
