SC to Centre: Provide Update on the Status of Sex Workers' Rehabilitation Bill - (05 May 2023)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has sought an update from the Centre on the status of Workers' Rehabilitation Bill which aims for prevention of trafficking, and the rehabilitation of sex workers, as once the act is passed many of the aspects will be taken care of and Court will know its limitations.
