Meg. HC to State: Consider Enhancing Compensation for Custodial Violence by 25% - (04 May 2023)

Meghalaya High Court has directed State to consider enhancing the compensation to custodial violence victims by 25% or consider making a distinction based on the age of the person dying in custody.
