SC Dismissed Plea Challenging 2019 Lok Sabha Election of DMK MP Kanimozhi - (04 May 2023)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has dismissed the election petition filed challenging the election of DMK MP Kanimozhi in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls over incorrect information regarding PAN details of her foreigner spouse.
