Del. HC to LNJP Hospital: Don’t Disclose Identity of Minor Girl Seeking Abortion in Report to Police - (02 May 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has directed Medical Superintendent of LNJP Hospital to not disclose identity details of a 14-year-old, who is seeking termination of her 11-week pregnancy, and also directed SHO to ensure identity is not disclosed during the process of investigation.
