SC: Chargesheet Can’t be Said to be Incomplete Merely Because it was Filed Without Sanction - (01 May 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while observing that merely because chargesheet was filed without it can’t be considered an incomplete chargesheet, has held that accused can’t claim default bail on that ground.
