SC: Action Under Section 31 of SRA to Cancel Instrument is Not ‘In Rem’ - (01 May 2023)

Supreme Court has held that actions taken under Section 31 of Specific Relief Act (SRA), 1963 for cancellation of an instrument are not an action in rem.
