SC Stays Madras HC Order That Set Aside Notification Banning Sale of Chewing Tobacco in Tamil Nadu - (26 Apr 2023)

Supreme Court has stayed the Madras High Court’s order setting aside notification imposing a ban on sale of Gutka, Pan Masala, flavoured or scented food products or chewable food products that contain tobacco or nicotine.
