Cal. HC to State: Remove Prosecutors if They Engage in Pen-Down Strike - (25 Apr 2023)

Calcutta High Court while expressing displeasure over pen-down strike by Additional Public Prosecutors (APPs) at the District and Sessions Court, Purba Bardhaman, has directed State to remove prosecutors if they engage in such activities.
