Del HC to CCI: Consider Start-Ups’ Applications Against Google’s New Payment Policy Before April 26 - (25 Apr 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed Competition Commission of India (CCI) to consider applications against Google’s new in-app user choice billing policy, moved by an alliance of start-ups and decide the same before 26th April.
