SC Disapproves Practice of Filing Applications in Disposed Of SLPs to Side-Step Arbitration Process - (21 Apr 2023)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court while expressing disapproval of practice of filing applications in disposed of SLPs in order to side-step the arbitration process, has observed that courts ought not interfere with arbitral proceedings, especially till the time an award is not passed.
